Does it matter if the universe intended certain things for you? Why?
The disease-of-more wiped away Native Americans. It enslaved African Americans. Every day, this disease steals from us and now we’re encouraging it using colloquialisms of self-awareness and healing. Instead of forcing your own becoming, what if you let yourself be surprised by your unfolding as you explore why your are who you are instead?

The byproduct of the latter is the refining of your responses to everything you experience in life. In the end, balance is only accessible by knowing yourself in all emotional states + holding space for yourself the entire time.

Introducing myself part 1 😘 I’m a Paraguayan-American who uses sound as a primary vehicle for intentional life curation. My work takes on many forms depending on whether it’s a more private setting, corporate, seminar, event, rave, sound design for media, etc... •

Privately: I help my clients open their voices + cultivate mental, emotional, physical shifts for a more balanced approach to life + career. Publicly: I bring these methods to every conceivable environment bc I value accessibility + diversity.• I’ve spent 20 yrs. training in musician + 10 yrs. studying yoga, meditation, cranial sacral, breath work, sound, coaching, plant medicine, wellness programming, PR, counseling - while navigating the journey from severe chronic pain + disability to remission.

The industry is selling us the idea that we need to be fixed. That if we raise our vibration enough, we should be free from disease, sadness + conflict. And that if those things are present, then we aren’t ‘in flow’. ⬅️ This isn’t realistic and it vilifies us for being human. Is our goal to always feel ‘well’ or to become more adept at navigating the entirety of the human experience? •

What I tell my clients: Maximize those times when you feel great by cultivating practices that will sustain you mentally/physically/emotionally when you’re too affected by life to sustain yourself. Curate your life intentionally when you can, and lean into your tapestry of practices + ppl when you can’t.
It isn’t always true...but more times than we realize...setbacks could actually be called opportunities. •

Downfall or Opportunity? 🙌🏻 What if we saw every perceived downfall as a different type of adventure? By removing our negative value judgements of unplanned stressors, we support our mental pivot from perceiving a huge failure to instead seeing a huge opportunity.
